He earned his medical degree from Hebei North University, China, and went on to complete his residency in Cardiology at PIMS (Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences), Islamabad—one of the country’s leading tertiary care institutions. Currently serving as a Registrar in Cardiology at Advanced International Hospital, Islamabad, Dr. Aftab is actively involved in the diagnosis, management, and follow-up care of patients with a wide range of heart conditions, including hypertension, ischemic heart disease, arrhythmias, and heart failure.
