Dr Ayza Yazdani Abid (Clinical & Educational Psychologist) has more than 20 years of experience working with parents and teachers in order to develop enabling environments where children and adolescents can grow and develop as healthy contributing individuals. Psychometrics and research are also essential to the process both of which are areas of interest to her. She has translated the Impact of Event Scales - Revised into the Urdu language as part of her doctoral research which investigated vicarious trauma in adolescents.
